  • Avoid taking blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil supplements for at least one week before the procedure. This reduces the risk of bruising and bleeding.
  • Avoid consuming alcohol and smoking for at least 24 hours before the procedure.

What to do After Botox treatments?

  • Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for at least four hours after the procedure.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths or saunas, and exposure to direct sunlight for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
  • Avoid lying down or bending over for at least four hours after the procedure.
  • Do not apply pressure to the treated area, such as wearing tight headbands or hats, for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
  • Follow any specific post-treatment instructions provided by your practitioner, such as avoiding certain foods or medications.
  • Wait at least two weeks before getting any other cosmetic treatments or facial massages.
