BEFORE vaginal tightening treatment :

  • Consult with a qualified and trained healthcare professional to determine if laser vaginal tightening is a suitable therapy for you, and to discuss the benefits, risks, and expectations of the treatment.
  • Follow your healthcare provider's instructions for fasting, which may be required for several hours prior to the treatment.
  • Inform your healthcare provider of any medications, supplements, or medical conditions you have that may affect the treatment.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to the treatment, as this can improve the quality of your skin and facilitate the laser energy delivery process.
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing to the treatment session, and bring any necessary personal hygiene items, such as a change of underwear or sanitary pads.

Don't(s):

  • Do not consume alcohol or take blood-thinning medications or supplements, as these can interfere with the laser energy delivery process and increase the risk of bleeding or bruising.
  • Do not engage in sexual activity or use any vaginal products or creams for at least 48 hours prior to the treatment, as this can affect the quality of the laser energy delivery and increase the risk of infection.
  • Do not undergo the treatment if you have an active vaginal infection or any other medical condition that may increase the risk of complications.
  • Do not expect immediate or dramatic results from a single treatment session; laser vaginal tightening is typically most effective as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes lifestyle changes and follow-up treatments.

After vaginal tightening treatment

  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing to avoid irritation to the treated area.
  • Keep the vaginal area clean and dry. Use only mild soap and water to clean the area.
  • Use sanitary pads instead of tampons for at least 48 hours after the treatment.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water to facilitate the healing process.
  • Follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding sexual activity, which may be restricted for a period of time after the treatment.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise, as this can improve the quality of the skin and support the healing process.

Don't(s):

  • Do not engage in sexual activity or use any vaginal products, such as douches or creams, for at least 5 days after the treatment.
  • Avoid soaking in baths or swimming pools for at least 1 week after the treatment.
  • Do not take aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for at least 24 hours after the treatment, as they can increase the risk of bleeding.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise or activities that may cause discomfort or irritation to the treated area for at least 24-48 hours after the treatment.
  • Do not expect immediate or dramatic results from a single treatment session; laser vaginal tightening is typically most effective as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes lifestyle changes and follow-up treatments.

It is important to follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider and communicate any concerns or questions you may have after the treatment. It may take several weeks to notice the full effects of the treatment, and you may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
